I have her because I am a person with albinism. I love that there is a doll that represents my condition. They were spot on with the hair color and everything. I kind of wish they made an Asian one, but that’s ok. I find it cool that our generation which is target’s brand of 18 inch dolls came out with a doll that looks like she has albinism too. She comes with a guide dog and a white cane with a pink grip and tip. I have a pink cane, so that’s so cool. Barbie finally came out with a blind Barbie too. She doesn’t have albinism though. The cane is more accurate though than the our generation one because the our generation doll cane is only waist height when it should be like underarm height or taller.

i’ve seen nanana dolls in store but i’m not super familiar with the brand as a whole. i’m super excited to watch through this and i’ll report back when i finish with my thoughts lolol.

I don't recall Barbie bedrooms, (other than molded plastic stuff) or am I out of touch? So yeah, this was pretty ground-breaking and out there. (I have theBratz lips doll sofa, adorable 🥰)

I personally loved the Extra minis I thought their design were more subdued, I think their clothes were better designed. I also thought their scale was cute and easier to display because they take up less space. I eventually picked up a couple of full size Barbie Extra that I thought had a cohesive look.

I have a fear of birds and ants. No idea where the fear came from, but a block of birds and more than several ants just freak me out. I used to own Crystal Splash because she had a swimsuit print underneath which looked cute but her flippers (I don’t know the correct word either 😅) always came off and she just started to annoy me because of that 😂 I knew Claudia Pincher and Erica Featherton would be on your list (and I agree with the people who wear patriotic garb too as that’s also my experience). 😳 I don’t think I’ve seen the mini version of Michael Manchester before (or at least I don’t remember if you did do a roasting video of him!) “I sure as shit am not going to buy this doll to find out if he looks better in person” 😂😂

Yes the Koi Fish Teen did have koi fish in her heels! I never got her nor the swan one (which I also like a lot) because of the quality. Wow Julie Joyful’s dress is just gorgeous! I was able to buy Liling Luck on sale and she is very precious (I didn’t want to pay full price for her either!) I don’t think I’ve seen Leona White before, so beautiful! I knew Gretchen Stripes would be on your list! She has to be camp, it’s so hilarious 😂 I don’t have any of your top 3 but I agree they are such good dolls, and I remember you opening your top 1 and thinking how much better she looked in real life vs the stock photo!

I really think Viola looks so much like Violet, but for some reason I like Viola much more, maybe the clothes/silhouette? Also, I had no idea she came with such cute accessories! I kinda like this doll line more because of all their accessories 😂 I really wish MGA would stop putting so much gel in the hair. I can’t believe Rosetta’s strawberry purse opens!!! Oh no, that rooting 😳 I’m so glad you took off the hoodie to show her shirt, but I think she does look best with the hoodie. I definitely want Clementine because of her coffee accessories (and though I think her outfit isn’t that cohesive, I do like her shirt). I haven’t seen her in stores at all, just the other three.

So I commented on your best of Na Na Na that Fifi Le Fluff was my fave and yes I was devestated that you had her on the worst list 😅. I understand your view but I saw it as tongue in cheek with the poodle theme. I think using the mini is a bad representation of her, there was a 7 inch doll of her which was well done. She has beautiful hair and came with 3 sepearate fashion pieces. The red scarf was an actual fabric scarf that they could have printed but didn't and I appreciate that. I also love the poodle skirt look, I have a couple of dolls that wear this look in different interpretations. I was surprised that the doll with the money print dress didn't make the list, I thought she was so tacky looking. The Sweets theme dolls were never released in the U.S. I felt it was unfair to list them but in terms of not liking the theme, totally understandable. Curious if this brand will continue, MGA won't let it die 😃.

I would get the Save Frankie Drac and switch out the dress to something with black and that pretty metallic crimson I saw them use in one of the G3 Dracs, a recent one, love her in deep crimson and I would keep everything else (except the sign, LOL!) I like the pops of yellow also. 👍

I remember that I loved NaNaNa Surprise and collected all of the dolls (except the minis) but I have sad news about this brand I don’t know if this is true but I heard somewhere that NaNaNa Surprise is sadly discontinued :( I’m not sure if it’s true but since we didn’t got any new leaks or info’s about it but I still hope we’re getting new stuffs from it!

Oh my gosh, I almost had a heart attack each time you mentioned one of the Sweetest Sweets line dolls! Glad you skipped on the ones I like. This was a fun video to watch, it kept me on my toes, glad to see we have the same opinion on most of these. Personally, I don’t dislike cows, but my least favorite Nanana doll in my collection it’s a thrifted mini Annabelle Mooshe doll, which happens to be cow themed (I also am a Taurus). I got her in a lot and I feel kind of sorry for her since she’s missing a sock. I would have also mentioned Carmen Linda, I’m not a big fan of her money themed outfit, but yours were definitely some solid choices.

I agree with that blonde American themed doll. I feel like her brother might have a gun collection who probably complained about Obama taking away his guns. Their family probably says horrible things about mexican people. They also hate that trans people exist and don't mind voting for a felon for president. I don't feel safe around those people either. So agree with you about that doll being the top worst list.

My father is 92 and a veteran of the Korean War ( gen mcarther should have been court marshaled) anyway I was brought up as a “Patriot” etc. I have some flag clothes etc. I’m also 65 if that makes a difference?. ’m still sad. Am I truly judged as a “bad” person bc I love the USA and wear flags sometimes? . My mom was a Cuban refugee and very in love with America. It was her dream to come here so I have that part too. The mismatched prints for no. 7 and 4 are probably my least favourite, though some of the individual pieces are cute (I love the banana shirt). I would never have guessed that the crab girl was a crab which is super disappointing because she had the potential to be so cool

We have similar tastes. Of course I don’t share my love for RH like you do but I love the color orange and I love clear plastic I also like cats. I do love food themed toys/dolls that aren’t monster high.

I think what people aren’t seeming to understand is that recasting is not a victimless crime. And it IS illegal. At the very beginning of this 8 to 12 years ago, the recasters actually beat the original companies to trademark a lot of the popular dolls. So not only were they “forging” artwork they also applied for the trademark in China because it goes to whoever applies for it first. It cost the original companies that have very few employees tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to try to fight the trademark race. Some even shut down. So its ironic for people to snuggle with their recast dolls… knowing that the person who initially sculpted them were deeply affected in a negative way when all this went down.

I don't own any Na na dolls and maybe at some point I will, but I agree with you on most of these. However, I do like the poodle skirt doll, the one with the white bear hat is also cute. I’m so sorry you keep having technical difficulties!! For the braided one (I think number 4) that you fixed in a previous video, I actually liked her jacket the least and thinks she looks much better without it 😂 (though her green shoes still don’t make sense to me!) I really appreciate you saying how Barbie’s are too top heavy because now I can see it all the time whereas I never paid attention to them that way before. I like number 9 because of the alligator pet because it’s so random (not enough to have bought her though 😅) Yeah I think you’re right, that most of the Barbie Extras would have looked better without the slogans. I forgot how bad the deluxe dolls were!! 😳 Wow I don’t remember seeing the second pack exclusive, she’s gorgeous!! If number 16 was in pink, I’d get her since she reminded me of Elle Woods from Legally Blonde (and yes I’m pretty sure that the Millie sculpt). It’s so weird and sad they decided to cancel the line when the Extra Fly Line was so well done and cohesive!

I loved this video and I was really waiting for it, even though it took me almost an hour & half to watch it (toddler dragging every 5 minutes to show me stuff 😂😂). I totally agree with you about the graphic messages, though I understand that these are typically targeted to children . I personally dont believe that slogans work with children but I can see why a company feels the need to use positive affirmations. I was also happy with the roasting moment with (dont remember wich number) heels and socks doll, it makes me laugh a lot when you do that, and thank you for it because sometimes I have tough days and I need this laughter time. Also Barbie extra 9, this rainbow dress with no letters and a flocked shave, I would have bought her first.

It’s sad but also not really surprising that this line was cancelled the extra fly and extra fancy dolls are definitely the best ones. Consistency was a really big problem with this line some dolls would have a really nice colour pallet or a nice theme while others would have way too many colour and patterns that it made them look really garish.
